Why 13 Months?
When dealing with any electronic device there is the potential for them to develop faults over time. To remove the headache and cost of faulty stock for our customers we made the decision to provide a 13 month warranty on all our devices.
We stand by the quality of our product and listen to customer feedback. Most end users desire a 12 month warranty on used devices, so the first month gives you chance to check and list the stock for sale. Your customer then benefits from a full 12 month warranty.
How Does It Work?
How do you return stock?
1. Check the handset qualifies as a viable return and is within warranty*
2. Complete our returns merchandise authorisation (RMA) form
3. Ship the device back to us
4. Your return will be processed, repaired or swapped within 5 working days

The warranty is designed to cover all potential functional faults with a phone, the warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or consumer damage*
